They Always Run

They always run is a platform game with a high amount of action, we control a character with three arms!, but it is not something merely visual, this third arm is a fundamental part of the gameplay and story of this game. 

So, what is the story about?

Aiden is a bounty hunter, and the adventure begins during one of his hunts, but he's not just doing this for money, he's looking for someone, settling a score or revenge? We will find out step by step.

Also the fact that Aiden has three arms affects the way people see him, as they would consider him a mutant, which is why has it hidden most of the time.

The story is linear, there are no side quests (don't need them)  and we will move from planet to planet doing missions to find this person.

So, what is the gameplay?

We can divide the gameplay in two mechanics, both the third arm is involved:

Combat: Aiden use 3 swords to fight, eventually will get guns, but with the swords he can parry attacks, and since he has the third arm in the back this allows you to fight in both directions enabling you to fight more than one enemy.

Platforming: Aiden can climb, scramble and slide, and thanks to the third arm we can do all of them pretty fast. As we progress we will obtain equipment upgrades like double jump or a dash.

In addition to this there will be times when these two mechanics come together, making it a challenge to overcome.

Is recommended?

YES, They always run is a fun platformer and action game, characters are interesting and the story is good, with an unexpected revelation, but it's true that the ending feels like there is a missing chapter, maybe a sequel? for now, this game will take 8 hours to beat and it's worth it.
