Back in 2018, Iconoclast is out, Joakim Sandberg's biggest project, a developer with a previous official title and some little projects which served him to gain the experience to develop this game, and it shows, Iconoclast is a complete game, an open world platformer game with an interesting world and a personal storytelling.

Don't be deceived by this colorful world, the planet is controlled by the “Only Concern” that rules under a religious doctrine, they decide the way of life and breaking any rule can cost you your life, and one of the biggest crimes is to be a mechanic without the control of the Only Concern.
With this premise we control Robin, a young mechanic who lives on the outskirts of settlement 17, where she spends most of her days trying to help with whatever her friends need. But now the agents have her in their sights and they have her as a sinner.
You slowly realize that bigger things are going on and Robin’s in the thick of it.

So how do we progress in this dangerous world?
In Robin's tools include a stun pistol, which can be upgraded as you progress through the game, and the Wrench, which can open doors, grab hanging nuts, operate machines, attack enemies, and deflect certain projectiles, also upgradeable.
The map consists of 6 distinct locations and 2 large buildings to explore, each with its own enemies, secrets and bosses, this being the main attraction of the game, all have a different gimmick to overcome.
To facilitate this task, you will receive and find Tweaks throughout the game, which will help you by equipping the ones you need.

Have you end the game and want more?
Once you finish you have access to two additional modes:
- Challenge mode: complete the campaign once again but you are a glass cannon now, any hit will end you, use the tweaks wisely.
- Boss rush: fight them in a row, divided by difficulty, the more the difficulty, less benefits.

Overall, Iconoclast is an outstanding game, both in playability and visually, while some bosses are a little difficult to understand, the game is quite forgiving to keep trying, the characters are likable and the soundtrack is good, will last about 15 hours and with the additional modes, twice as long.
