Going Under

Exploring the cursed ruins of failed tech startups

In Going Under you play as Jackie, an unpaid intern, who starts a new job at a company called Fizzle, which is a carbonated meal replacement drink and as an intern you think you're signing up for some sort of marketing internship but your employer has different plans. You're sent into the dungeons to fight off trolls, as there's a company that takes over all these failed startups and these don't just go away, they sink into the dungeons and are now populated with workers turned monsters and you have to fight them off. Nonetheless, you will not always be down in the dungeons, you will also interact with your coworkers and boss, wondering how these business is still alive.

Presentation
The cliché presentation that all companies show you

During your internship, you will clean up 3 sinking companies (and an extra), for this you will have everything within your reach, a pencil on the wall, a bricked phone on the ground, a guitar! Everything works, but keep in mind, that the products are of poor quality, so they will break. There's also shops and bonus rooms that will ease the job, at the end of each dungeon will be a boss awaiting you.

Meanwhile, in your own company, you can buy upgrades and interact with your coworkers, who will give you assignments and if you complete them, you will get their mentorship getting special upgrades.

After halfway through the game, the same three dungeons will increase in difficulty, and there will also be the impostor test, a dungeon rush with no upgrades and more challenges.

After a fight
You can pick up everything on the room

Overall, Going Under is a fun game, they thought very well the humor in the writing and vibrancy in the presentation and the art style works well for action-based combat, but the lack of interaction after half the game and the fact that you will enter the three same dungeons again and again , even in the impostor test, can make the experience a bit monotonous
