Scribblenauts Unlimited

Imagination is unlimited

Scribblenauts Unlimited. This one is an interactive adventure. I’d like to say that this is the most creative game I’ve seen in a while. Sadly it requires a very hard skill to play which knowledge of the English grammar. I’m not very good with it so I do have troubles sometimes when I don’t know how to solve a puzzle or don’t know a certain historic fact etc. What I liked the most about this game is how kid friendly it is till I was forced to feed a cannibal with a living human. I… get it that everybody needs to eat but this is really unethical. …

Anyway, the plot. So at first we see story of two I’d British archaeologists judging by the amount of artifacts they pillaged from all over the world.  So they keep ransacking the world’s treasures till they are old and they decided it’s time to have about halve a hundred kids. We’re going to play and one of their kids named Maxwell. So at first Maxwell goes adventuring with his sister Lily. Their parents provided them with a powerful artifact that can bend reality to their will. It’s notebook that produce whatever you write in it. I tried to produce certain Austrian painter or our glorious leader but the artifact is not that strong. Anyway the kids meet some old dude on a street who’s really hungry. So Maxwell pranks him by making a rotten apple. Old man did not take kindly to such prank and casted gradual petrification on our sister Lily. Good job, Maxwell! So we go back to our parents to explain the situation. We’re in good luck because we can fix our mess by helping people around the world fix their problems with our notebook. In return we will get stars and star pieces that will help us to un-curse Lily. While we’re doing it Lily turns into stone statue further and further so chop-chop hurry up.

My only weakness, the censorship

So how it all goes?  We pick a place and ask around who needs our help. That dude is hungry, so make him a hamburger or pizza. This dude is poor. Draw him a big sack of money and crash the economy by printing money without gold back up. This dude won’t let the other dude to pass by because he’s evil douche? Add an adjective to him to make him not an evil douche. You want a flying pig? Just make wings and attach to a pig. Want a hazmat suit? Just create it. Want a funny hat? Just create it. You can even make them alive, flying or swimming. There are many ways to solve a problem and you are only limited by your creativity. Well you get it, this game test how creative you are and how good your vocabulary. There is also a combat system, but so far I only tried once during one of fire station missions. So far I had a blast playing it but I need to rest my creativity every hour or so. Don’t forget to bring the stars back to the farm where Lilly awaits us to unlock more place around the world.

I swear it was unintentional

Great game, I love it. Surroundings are bright, colorful and full of cheer and joy. The music is the same is bright and cheerful. It’s a good game to dust of some rust from your brain and have fun while doing it. Definitely play it, there is a lot of customizations and options.
